The Completed Interior...
All of the interior work is complete. Lots of glossy birch. These were taken
during our first "shakedown" trip to Hilton Head Island RV Resort.
Enjoy!
Looking aft from
the Kitchen area
toward the
bedroom/rear
sofa. The Bath is
to the left,
wardrobe and
dresser storage
to the right.
Looking forward
into the kitchen.
Stainless steel
undercounter
refrigerator,
stainless steel
sink, and stainless
(front) microwave.
40's era barkcloth
curtains.
Looking (forward) into the bath.
Looking (aft) into the bath.
Rear corner (behind the
bath) at the convertible
sofa/bed. The countertop
becomes the "headboard"
once you fold the sofa flat
to make the full-size bed.
You really have to torture
birch plywood to make
these curves...
The opposite end of the
sofa/bed. Rear entry door.
The wardrobe cabinet is to
the right.
The galley table folds flat
for extra space and for
traveling. The chairs are
molded birch with chrome
legs, and fit perfectly.
Comfortable, too.
The microwave stows in a
cabinet under the sink when
traveling. To the right of
the microwave is an Origo
110 volt halogen cooktop -
very cool (hot?)
Since everyone always
asks... The countertops
are Wilsonart Mandarin
Red. Very retro.
